Speaking Anxiety: Kicking Out The Fear And Just Doing It Anyway! with special guest Raja Vaidya

In the very first episode of Speaking of Speaking Carl Richards revealed that speaking was his biggest fear as a kid. He actually stuttered. After two years of speech therapy (from age 12-14) Carl overcame the fear and started to manage the fear of speaking at the same time. 

In this episode Carl and his guest revisit some of the concepts from that very first episode and reveal that, YES!  You can navigate through the fear of speaking, and the best way to do that is to get up and speak (often!)
