Midlife Expert Della Waddell knows how hard it is to find yourself 50 and not knowing who you are. Low self esteem, newly single and empty nesting where among a few of the life transitions that came with her midlife crisis. Her personal life helped her realize that she needed to live her most authentic self. Della genuine ability to inspire became her passion leading her to become a Certified Life Coach. She quickly realizing that there were so many women who were in the same place and yet no one would dare talk about it.
A strong believer of the power of kindness and speaking your truth you will be inspired to face your fear, find your identity, self-worth and live your authentic self.
